How it came about
New Hope Trust is a registered Christian non-profit and social organization in India, licensed under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) by the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs, and authorized to legally receive foreign funds. It was founded in 2005 by Pastor Francis Rao Sandhi, who combines pastoral experience, social leadership, and multidisciplinary training to serve with conviction and compassion. New Hope Trust was born from a desire to reach the poor, the oppressed, those living below the poverty line, and those who have never heard of Jesus Christ. The organization strives to demonstrate the love of Christ not only in words, but through practical service and social transformation.
Our Mission
The mission of New Hope Trust is to bring hope to the hopeless by sharing the love of Christ in a holistic, spiritual, social, and humanitarian way. The organization seeks to fulfill this mission through a combination of evangelistic efforts, community development, and assistance services.
The main focuses of the mission include:

Evangelism and spiritual strengthening: proclaiming the Gospel in remote areas and among populations that have never had formal access to the Christian message, including church planting and discipleship.

Social, Welfare and Relief Actions
New Hope Trust has an active presence primarily in the Andhra Pradesh region of India, especially among rural communities and impoverished areas where living conditions are harsh and resources are scarce.
Your job includes:

Evangelistic outreach in unreached areas: Leaders and pastors trained by the organization regularly travel to remote villages, preaching the Gospel and distributing Bible materials where access to God's Word is limited or nonexistent.

Church planting and strengthening local leadership: New Hope Trust supports pastors and emerging churches in communities where there was no Christian presence, helping to create organized faith structures.

Awareness and social care programs: in addition to spiritual activities, the organization carried out initiatives to promote health, nutrition, and assistance to needy families, providing direct support to the most urgent human needs.
